Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Etherly ("we", "us", "our") operates the etherly.one platform and its associated services, including Etherly VPN, Etherly eSIM, Etherly Reseller program, and API documentation (docs.etherly.one). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across all our services.
2. Zero-Log Policy
We maintain a strict zero-log policy for our VPN service. We do not collect, store, or monitor:
- Browsing history or website destinations
- DNS queries
- IP addresses of connected users
- Connection timestamps or session duration
- Bandwidth usage per user
- Network traffic content
3. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to operate our services:
All services
- Account identifier: A hashed version of your seed phrase (SHA-256). We never see or store your seed phrase itself.
- Nickname: A display name you choose during registration.
VPN service
- Subscription status: Plan type and expiration date.
- Payment data: Transaction identifiers from cryptocurrency payments via Heleket payment gateway. We do not store private keys or wallet credentials.
eSIM service
- Order data: eSIM plan type, destination country, and order status. No personal identification documents are required.
- For eSIM-specific privacy details, see esim.etherly.one/privacy.
Reseller program
- Company name: A business name provided during reseller registration.
- API key: A unique key for programmatic access. Stored as a hash; the plaintext is shown only once at generation.
- Balance and transactions: Top-up amounts and activation code generation history.
4. No Email or Personal Data
Registration for any Etherly service does not require an email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information. Your account is created using a cryptographic seed phrase that only you possess.
5. Payment Information
All payments across Etherly services are processed via cryptocurrency through the Heleket payment gateway. We verify transactions through Heleket callbacks and do not have access to your wallet credentials. On-chain transaction data is public by nature.
6. Server Infrastructure
Our VPN servers run in RAM-disk mode where possible. Server configurations are generated dynamically and contain only the cryptographic keys necessary for establishing connections. No user activity data is written to persistent storage.
7. Encryption
All VPN connections use modern encryption standards including AES-256, ChaCha20-Poly1305, and X25519 key exchange. We support VLESS+Reality and Hysteria2 protocols, both of which provide state-of-the-art encryption and traffic obfuscation.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Heleket — cryptocurrency payment processing
- CoinGecko API — real-time cryptocurrency price data
- eSIM providers — eSIM profile provisioning (no personal data shared)
These services do not receive any user-identifying information from us.
9. API Access
Resellers access our API using API keys. API requests are logged only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not log request bodies or response data. API documentation is available at docs.etherly.one.
10. Data Retention
Account data (hashed identifier, nickname, subscription status) is retained for the duration of your account. Payment transaction records are retained for accounting purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting us at noreply@etherly.one.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of any Etherly service after changes constitutes acceptance.
